Coach's Corner Salute To The Troops

I am lucky enough to be on vacation this week. Veterans Day is Tuesday. A day set aside to celebrate those who made it possible for us to take vacations. And work in a free country.

Veterans Day is possibly the most underrated, under appreciated of the major holidays. Ask anyone to name a holiday, many others will come up first. But it just may be the 2nd most important non-religious holiday, after Independence Day.

In his latest edition of Coach's Corner, Don Cherry and the CBC production team gave the most heartfelt salute to veterans that I've seen in a long, long time.
